Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Halloween Studio) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to  support@halloween-studio.com). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the respective warehouse for the product. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, the return must be sent to our International Asia Warehouse and you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Our legal imprint (Impressum) is not a return address. Please contact our support team for the correct return instructions.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

The contractual relationship under § 433 BGB exists solely between the customer and the seller.
Payment service providers (e.g. PayPal) act only as intermediaries under § 1 Abs. 1 ZAG and § 675f Abs. 4 Sentence 2 BGB and are not parties to the sales contract.

Exclusions and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and are made to the consumer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalized;

• the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered at least 14 days after the conclusion of the contract;

• the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;

• the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

• the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery;

• withdrawal notices sent more than 30 days after the order was placed.
